Irrigation Outside Sales

Mountain View Electric Ltd. is looking for a full time permanent outside sales person to join our team. With the responsibilities to increase sales in our irrigation sector. As well grow it in other areas thru out the province of British Columbia Position Responsibilities

We design, install, service, and maintain systems and equipment within the agricultural, industrial & municipal sectors. The customers we currently serve are based primarily throughout the interior of British Columbia. Position Summary

Mountain View Electric Ltd. is looking for a full time permanent outside sales person to join our team. With the responsibilities to increase sales in our irrigation sector. As well grow it in other areas thru out the province of British Columbia Position Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

• Work alongside existing sales and design team
• Travel to visit clients in our sales territory, meeting with our existing customer base and new customers
• Be part of our weekly sales strategy meeting, presenting details on potential leads projects and unsuccessful quotes
• Willing to drive and travel throughout our territory, possibly being away from home for multiple days
• Attend provincial trades shows and dealership conferences

Required Competencies

• Technical sales experience
• Experience in the irrigation industry (Center pivots, Hard hose traveler, pumps)
• Must have thorough computer knowledge and experience.
• Excellent communication, organization & customer relationship skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract (Required)
• Will require applicant to speak and understand English
